Perfect for thin cuts of meat, fish or poultry. Simply flip down the rapid-response thermocouple probe and insert it into food as thin as 1/8 inch. BioCote technology gives the water resistant housing constant, built-in protection. The display features extra big digits and can be backlit for low light conditions.
